Introduction
PT Karina Adhie Nugraha, popularly known as Karina Agency, is a leading provider of outsourcing solutions and recruitment services in Indonesia. We are expanding our sales force to support the growing demand for consumer products in the West Java market. The role of Promotor Penjualan Produk Konsumen is a frontline position that blends direct selling, inventory stewardship, and customer relationship management to drive brand visibility and revenue at our retail partner, Toko Kemenangan Jaya Karawang.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach, product demonstrations, and effective closing techniques.
- Conduct accurate daily and weekly inventory opname, ensuring that stock levels are recorded correctly and discrepancies are reported immediately.
- Maintain optimal product availability on the sales floor by coordinating with warehouse staff and initiating timely replenishment orders.
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable service to customers, answering product queries, offering usage advice, and handling complaints with professionalism.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis to support strategic planning by the regional manager.
- Identify emerging market trends and consumer preferences, feeding this information back to the marketing team for promotional planning.
- Collaborate with fellow promoters and store staff to execute merchandising standards, promotional displays, and in‑store events.
- Uphold company policies on safety, hygiene, and ethical conduct while working in a dynamic retail environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: not older than 35 years.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client location).
- Minimum height: 158 cm.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
- Strong communication and selling skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in competitor analysis, retail analytics, and sales performance tracking.
- Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to be stationed at Toko Kemenangan Jaya Karawang, Sukaluyu, Telukjambe Timur, Karawang, Jawa Barat 41361.
- Availability to work the standard schedule of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (specific workdays to be confirmed).
