Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Staf Penjualan Produk Konsumen with a proven track record in the tutoring (bimbingan belajar) industry. This full‑time position is based in East Jakarta, preferably near Pondok Kelapa or Durensawit, and offers a standard work schedule from 09:00 to 18:00. The role is ideal for energetic professionals who thrive on building relationships with schools, parents, and students while driving enrollment for our educational programs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop partnerships with primary and secondary schools to generate high‑quality prospect lists for tutoring enrollment.
- Conduct compelling presentations of our bimbingan belajar programs to parents, highlighting curriculum strengths, success stories, and value propositions.
- Design and execute integrated marketing strategies—including both online (social media, SEO, email campaigns) and offline (flyers, community events, school fairs) tactics—to boost brand awareness and lead conversion.
- Leverage digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, analytics platforms) to track campaign performance and optimize spend.
- Maintain a detailed CRM database, updating prospect status, scheduling follow‑ups, and reporting weekly sales metrics to the sales manager.
- Collaborate closely with curriculum developers and teaching staff to ensure marketing messages accurately reflect program content and outcomes.
- Provide on‑site support during school visits, open houses, and parent‑teacher meetings, answering queries and addressing concerns promptly.
- Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and propose actionable insights to keep our offerings ahead of the curve.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with the latest educational trends and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 28 years old.
- Gender: all genders are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing within the education sector, specifically with experience partnering with schools.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver presentations to parent groups and school administrators.
- Strong strategic thinking for both online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Digital marketing skills are highly preferred (social media management, paid advertising, analytics).
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities, with confidence presenting in front of diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset for competition analysis and market research.
- Proficiency in building and nurturing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Residency near Pondok Kelapa, Durensawit, or East Jakarta is a distinct advantage.
