Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate – Creative & Digital to join our fast‑growing team. The position is open to candidates of any gender who hold at least a bachelor’s degree (S1) and possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience in graphic design, copy‑writing, and digital campaign execution. Applicants should be between 22 and 28 years of age, but we remain flexible on age limits for the right talent.
Responsibilities
- Design, produce, and schedule engaging visual content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other emerging social platforms.
- Create high‑impact visual assets such as product mockups, catalogues, marketing kits, and presentation decks using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Plan and execute product photoshoots, ensuring professional lighting, composition, and post‑production quality that align with brand guidelines.
- Develop, launch, and monitor paid digital advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, analyzing performance metrics to optimize ROI.
- Maintain and refresh website content, collaborating with developers to keep visuals and copy current.
- Conduct competitor research, gather market insights, and contribute to brainstorming sessions that drive innovative campaign ideas.
- Write compelling copy for social media captions, email newsletters, and short‑form ad copy, ensuring tone consistency and brand voice.
- Manage digital assets on cloud storage (Google Drive) and coordinate with the wider marketing team using Microsoft Office tools.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1+ year of hands‑on experience in graphic design, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW; a strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts and execution.
- Excellent copy‑writing skills, especially for short‑form social media captions.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for collaboration and reporting.
- Active presence on social media platforms and a keen awareness of current digital trends.
- High level of creativity, discipline, responsibility, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong desire for continuous learning, initiative‑taking, and ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Ability to produce high‑quality product photography using a DSLR or high‑resolution smartphone camera.
