Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Supervisor Front Office Operations to join the dynamic team at our luxury resort. This position offers a unique blend of hands‑on operational experience and professional development for students pursuing careers in hospitality, tourism, culinary arts, accounting, engineering, or spa therapy. Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk activities, including check‑in, check‑out, and reservation management.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and promptness.
- Maintain accurate records of room allocations, occupancy rates, and revenue reports using the property management system.
- Conduct briefings and training sessions for front desk staff, reinforcing service standards and brand values.
- Support the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures.
- Participate in shift handover processes, ensuring clear communication of critical information.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management review.
- Contribute ideas for improving guest satisfaction scores and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols, including on‑duty clinic support when needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or vocational program with a major in Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary, Accounting, Engineering, or Spa Therapy.
- Minimum education level: D3/D4 (associate degree) or higher.
- Mandatory internship program approved by your school or university.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality service and eager to learn hotel operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team.
- Well‑groomed appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Fluency in Indonesian; additional language proficiency (e.g., English) is an advantage.
