Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through on‑the‑ground market research and networking in the Tapanuli Utara area.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to achieve sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and report trends to senior management.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including pipeline status and forecasted revenue.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and safety regulations while representing the brand in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with a bachelor’s degree (S1) are preferred.
- Age: 28 years old or younger.
- Both male and female applicants are welcome.
- Own a reliable motorbike for daily travel to client sites and market territories.
- Willingness to commit to an initial 12‑month contract.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Basic analytical ability to interpret sales data and market signals.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field environment.
- Proficiency in Indonesian; additional language skills are a plus.
