Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Pemasaran Kredit Simpang Empat to join our growing credit division. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and both existing and prospective customers, promoting our suite of credit products and ensuring a smooth application process from initial inquiry through disbursement. Responsibilities
- Promote and market the company’s credit products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring presentations to meet individual financial needs.
- Generate orders through various distribution channels, collect initial data, verify customer information, and compile complete credit applications.
- Coordinate with underwriting teams to monitor the progress of each credit application and relay timely decisions to dealers and customers.
- Communicate repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements to ensure customers are fully informed.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and documentation in the company’s CRM system.
- Conduct follow‑up calls and visits to strengthen relationships, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance departments to align marketing strategies with corporate targets and market trends.
- Participate in regular training sessions and market research to stay updated on industry regulations, competitor offerings, and emerging credit solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit marketing or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own a reliable personal vehicle and possess a valid SIM A/C.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to the company’s policies and ethical standards.
- Flexible to be placed according to domicile, with a work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
