Introduction

The successful candidate will be the front‑line representative of our financial institution, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with individual and corporate clients, evaluating credit proposals, and driving loan portfolio growth. Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new loan customers through field visits, networking events, and referral channels.
- Conduct comprehensive credit analyses, including financial statement review, cash‑flow forecasting, and risk assessment, to determine loan eligibility.
- Prepare and present detailed credit proposals to the Credit Committee, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing borrowers, providing ongoing advisory services and cross‑selling additional banking products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set for loan disbursements and portfolio expansion.
- Monitor loan performance, perform periodic portfolio reviews, and take proactive actions on delinquent accounts.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales activities, credit approvals, and market intelligence for senior management.
- Coordinate with internal support functions such as legal, risk, and operations to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Stay updated on local economic conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the credit market.
- Represent the bank at community events, business forums, and industry seminars to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Age: maximum 35 years.
- Education: Minimum D3/S1 in any field; preferred majors are Economics, Management, or Banking.
- Experience: At least 1 year as an Account Officer or Credit Marketing Officer; fresh graduates with strong internship exposure will also be considered.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate credit risk and financial statements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage a personal vehicle, and hold a valid SIM C.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Klaten area and its business landscape.
- Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office) and familiarity with banking core systems.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
