Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Outlet Operational Team as Anggota Tim Operasional Outlet. The successful applicant will work closely with store managers, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations, uphold brand standards, and support the overall growth of our outlet.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the outlet for opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation and equipment checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area that complies with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by receiving deliveries, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, take orders accurately, and resolve any service issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to tables.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, process payments, and issue receipts while safeguarding financial integrity.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food handling, hygiene, and service quality.
- Participate in regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and suggest actionable solutions to management.
- Support promotional activities, special events, and seasonal menu launches as required.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 25 years old.

- Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant or food‑service setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Appearance: Presentable and professional demeanor.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
