Responsibilities
- Actively promote HP smartphones, laptops, accessories, and related services within assigned retail outlets.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers, providing clear and engaging education that helps them make informed purchase decisions.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring repeat business and high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening, then recommend the most appropriate HP solutions.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are attractive, well‑stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, reporting progress against targets to the store manager and regional sales supervisor.
- Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to coordinate promotions, product launches, and stock replenishment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on the latest HP product innovations, market trends, and sales techniques.
- Provide timely feedback from the field to help improve product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Adhere to company policies regarding health, safety, and ethical conduct, including proper use of BPJS benefits and workplace standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Candidates must be 28 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the mobile‑phone or consumer electronics sector.
- Core Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, adept at both verbal and written exchanges; proficiency with basic sales tools and CRM systems.
- Personal Qualities: Goal‑oriented, resilient, adaptable to changing market demands, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Technical Understanding: Ability to explain technical specifications in layman’s terms, analyze market trends, and monitor sales targets.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility to attend special promotional events.
