Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our dynamic kitchen team as Staf Dapur (Operasional dan Kebersihan). This position is critical to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, operational efficiency, and overall cleanliness within our bustling restaurant environment. As part of a fast‑growing hospitality group, you will work alongside experienced chefs and support staff to ensure that every guest experiences a spotless dining area and consistently high‑quality meals.
Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces after each shift.
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and dishwashers in accordance with safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables (cleaning agents, disposable gloves, paper towels) and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper storage of raw and cooked foods to prevent cross‑contamination, following HACCP and local health regulations.
- Support waste management by sorting recyclables, disposing of food waste responsibly, and maintaining compost bins.
- Participate in daily shift briefings, communicate any issues promptly, and collaborate closely with teammates to meet service deadlines.
- Adhere to scheduled work hours, including shift rotations from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00, and be prepared for occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Uphold a professional appearance, wear the provided uniform, and maintain a courteous attitude toward colleagues and customers.
- Continuously improve personal skills by attending on‑the‑job training sessions on hygiene, equipment handling, and team dynamics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 23 years or older.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible.
- Strong team player with the ability to cooperate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work shift schedules and collaborate with the entire kitchen crew.
- Neat appearance, good communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Currently not enrolled in any academic program (must be free from study commitments).
- Never involved in academic cheating or fraud (TIDAK PERNA BERMAN JUDOL).
- Basic ability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely.
