Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Perwakilan Penjualan Mikrofinansial Area Tabanan to join our growing micro‑finance team. This position is a frontline role that combines field sales, customer verification, and credit documentation to support underserved individuals and small businesses in the Tabanan region. The successful candidate will act as a trusted liaison between prospective borrowers and our credit department, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and compliant loan application process while actively promoting our financial products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to prospective borrowers for data verification and relationship building.
- Collect, review, and organize all required borrower documentation in line with our standard credit procedures.
- Prepare detailed survey reports and submit them promptly to the Head Surveyor for further action.
- Remind clients of upcoming installment payments and provide guidance on repayment options.
- Execute promotional activities including community marketing events, direct selling, and partnership outreach to expand our client base.
- Ensure that all credit documents comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain a personal vehicle and valid SIM C for efficient travel across the Tabanan area.
- Collaborate with the sales and credit teams to resolve any issues that arise during the loan application cycle.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and streamline processes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably within financial services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Possession of a motor vehicle and a valid SIM C.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet weekly targets.
- Basic proficiency in administrative tasks such as report writing and data entry.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend or evening appointments as needed.
