Responsibilities

- Inspect and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and consumables, reporting low inventory to supervisors promptly.
- Operate basic cleaning equipment such as floor polishers, carpet extractors, and pressure washers safely and efficiently.
- Follow established health, safety, and environmental procedures, including the proper handling of chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- Respond to client requests and special cleaning projects in a timely manner, demonstrating a customer‑focused attitude.
- Document daily work activities and submit reports via a mobile application, leveraging your personal smartphone.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or reporting facility issues to the maintenance team.
- Collaborate with senior staff to ensure seamless handover of tasks and maintain a high level of teamwork.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged between 25 and 35 years.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a cleaning or facilities role is preferred.
- Demonstrated traits of being hard‑working, honest, and quick‑thinking in fast‑paced environments.
- Own a functional smartphone for logging work and communicating with supervisors.
- Possess a reliable motorcycle for commuting to various job sites.
- Ability to work the designated schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact courteously with clients and team members.
