Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items using basic techniques such as frying, boiling, and chopping, ensuring consistency and taste.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by receiving, storing, and rotating kitchen supplies to minimize waste.
- Support senior chefs by performing prep work, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes during peak service periods.
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment—including grills, ovens, fryers, and slicers—following manufacturer guidelines.
- Participate in daily kitchen briefings, providing feedback on workflow improvements and reporting any equipment issues.
- Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen staff, fostering a teamwork‑oriented atmosphere that meets service deadlines.
- Monitor and enforce hygiene standards, conducting regular surface sanitization and waste disposal in compliance with local health regulations.
- Adapt to shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of food preparation logs, cleaning checklists, and incident reports as required.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Basic cooking skills—proficiency in frying, boiling, and cutting.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Strong teamwork attitude and the ability to follow directions quickly.
- High initiative, attention to detail, and a strong sense of cleanliness.
