Introduction

We are seeking a highly professional and customer‑focused Front Office Staff member to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, embodying the brand’s commitment to excellence and creating memorable experiences from the moment a visitor walks through our doors. This role is critical to maintaining smooth daily operations, supporting the front‑desk team, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our dedication to service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing assistance with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
  • Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information using our property management system.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and prepare daily financial reports.
  • Monitor lobby area to ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, transportation options, and special promotions.
  • Manage complaints or difficult situations with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
  • Assist in training new front‑office team members and share best practices for customer service.
  • Work efficiently under high‑pressure periods, such as peak travel seasons or large group bookings.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a front‑office, reception, or customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to uphold confidentiality of guest information.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Resilience and composure when working under pressure or handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for serving customers.
  • Flexible availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
