Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Koki Profesional di Bidang Kuliner to join our dynamic kitchen team. This full‑time position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with a two‑shift system to ensure continuous service excellence. As a professional cook, you will be instrumental in delivering high‑quality culinary experiences that reflect our brand’s reputation for taste, safety, and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of menu items according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.

  • Manage ingredient inventory, perform stock checks, and communicate any shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
  • Collaborate with fellow chefs and front‑of‑house staff to ensure seamless service during both morning and evening shifts.

Requirements
