Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Guest Service Staff to join our dynamic hospitality team as a Waiter – Professional Guest Service Staff. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences and thrive in fast‑paced environments. The successful candidate will work across our network of restaurants, cafés, and pastry shops, providing attentive service that reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence. While no prior experience is mandatory, familiarity with food‑and‑beverage service is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus in a courteous manner.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, answer menu-related questions, and make recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, and verify that dishes meet quality standards before serving.
  • Serve meals, drinks, and desserts with proper etiquette, continuously checking on guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
  • Handle payment transactions, process cash, credit card, and digital payments, and issue receipts while maintaining strict accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting and resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow waitstaff, hosts, and management to manage peak periods efficiently and uphold a seamless flow of service.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of food, sanitation of work surfaces, and compliance with personal grooming standards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, menu tastings, and briefings to stay updated on new offerings, promotions, and service protocols.
  • Flexibly work shift schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the operational calendar.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; diversity and inclusion are core values.
  • Basic or no prior experience is acceptable; however, experience in restaurants, cafés, or pastry shops is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language abilities are a plus).
  • Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor that enhances guest perception.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues during busy service periods.
  • Willingness to be assigned to any city where the company operates, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Readiness to work on a shift basis, including potential weekend and holiday assignments.
  • Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including proper table setting and order taking.
