Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess curriculum-aligned lessons for primary‑level students.
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents, providing regular updates on student progress.
- Organize and supervise daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop individualized learning plans to address diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Coordinate extracurricular and enrichment programs that stimulate creativity and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, grade books, and student portfolios.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide events.
- Implement school policies related to discipline, attendance, and student welfare.
- Mentor new teachers and assist in the onboarding process during the pre‑opening training phase.

Requirements
- Maximum age of 35 years; all genders are welcome.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; a degree in Education (PGSD) is preferred.
- Proficiency in English (both active and passive) to support bilingual activities.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and a solid understanding of child development principles.
- Willingness to complete intensive pre‑opening training and ongoing professional development.
- High level of honesty, discipline, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
- Basic computer literacy for record‑keeping and digital lesson planning.
