Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Assistant Manager – Infrastructure (ERP) to join our growing team in Kab. Grobogan. This pivotal role bridges the gap between our enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform and the underlying IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across all business units. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in computer networking, server management, and troubleshooting, combined with an eagerness to support the company’s manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
The position offers a dynamic work environment where collaboration with senior management, IT engineers, and end‑users is essential. You will play a critical part in maintaining system uptime, optimizing network performance, and enhancing the overall reliability of our ERP ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day technical support for computers, servers, email systems, and peripheral IT devices, ensuring rapid resolution of incidents.
- Monitor, configure, and maintain the corporate network, including Mikrotik routers, switches, and VLAN topologies, to guarantee secure and efficient data flow.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and upkeep of CCTV and surveillance infrastructure, adhering to privacy and security standards.
- Collaborate with ERP administrators to troubleshoot integration issues, perform system upgrades, and support user training sessions.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hardware and software troubleshooting, network changes, and backup/recovery processes.
- Conduct regular performance audits of servers and network components, recommending enhancements to improve latency, bandwidth, and overall system resilience.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty claims, and technical support escalations.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at digitizing manufacturing workflows, optimizing inventory management, and improving data analytics capabilities.
- Provide after‑hours on‑call support on a rotational basis to ensure critical systems remain operational.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Systems Information.
- Strong hands‑on experience with troubleshooting computers, servers, email platforms, and other IT equipment.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including Mikrotik router configuration, network topologies, VLANs, and basic firewall management.
- Familiarity with CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably experience with modules related to manufacturing, inventory, or finance.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English or Korean is a distinct advantage.
- Willingness to be stationed full‑time in Kab. Grobogan and travel occasionally to other sites if required.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Team‑oriented attitude with the ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate across departments.
