Responsibilities
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, local events, flyers, and community outreach programs.
- Identify and acquire new borrowers by conducting market research, cold‑calling, and networking within the Karawang area.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with branch managers and loan officers to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and regulatory requirements.
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as lead conversion rates, loan disbursement volumes, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of retail customers.
- Work under pressure to meet weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to compliance standards.
- Participate in team meetings, share market insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing strategies.
- Utilize a personal motorcycle and valid SIM C to conduct field visits, client meetings, and on‑site promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Finance is a plus.
- Age not exceeding 30 years; all genders are welcome.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Result‑oriented attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work both independently in the field and collaboratively within a team.
- Resilience under pressure and adaptability to changing market conditions.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and possess a valid SIM C.
- Clean credit history reflected by a positive BI Checking record.
