Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to join our fast‑growing team in the beautiful island of Bali. This role is pivotal in expanding our B2B customer base within the ISP, telecommunications, and IT solutions markets. The successful candidate will combine a strong sales mindset with excellent relationship‑building skills to drive recurring revenue and help position our company as the leading provider of digital connectivity services in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B customers across a range of industries, from hospitality to finance, by conducting targeted outreach, delivering compelling presentations, and closing high‑value contracts.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high renewal rates, proactively addressing churn risk and presenting upsell or cross‑sell opportunities that align with client needs.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies that incorporate bundled product offerings, value‑added services, and customized pricing models to maximize average contract value (ACV).
  • Track and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate data entry, regular follow‑ups, and timely forecasting for weekly and monthly performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical support teams to create compelling proposals, respond to RFPs, and ensure seamless onboarding for new customers.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, market insights, and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting trends, obstacles, and growth opportunities.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position our solutions as best‑in‑class.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions in Bali and surrounding regions to expand the company’s visibility and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the ISP, telecommunications, or IT solutions sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on a commission‑driven model and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of converting leads into long‑term contracts.
  • Solid understanding of recurring revenue models (MRC) and subscription‑based business structures.
  • Existing network of business contacts in relevant industries is a distinct advantage.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, sales analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexible work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 17:30.
  • Open to all genders; no age limit.
