Introduction
PT BCA Finance is seeking a motivated Konsultan Akun Lapangan to join our dynamic team at the Sintang branch. This field‑account consultant role is a pivotal position within our credit and collections department, responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers while ensuring timely repayment of overdue accounts. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm, and will be based in the Sintang area, serving both urban and rural clientele.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to customers whose payments are past due, using both telephone calls and in‑person visits.
- Perform on‑site observations and detailed analysis of each delinquent account to understand underlying issues and propose appropriate repayment solutions.
- Negotiate payment arrangements, settle disputes, and secure commitments while preserving a positive customer experience.
- Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Prepare daily and weekly collection reports, highlighting trends, risk factors, and success metrics for management review.
- Collaborate closely with the loan origination and risk assessment teams to share insights that may affect future credit decisions.
- Maintain strict adherence to the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022) and internal data‑privacy policies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on collection best practices, regulatory changes, and product knowledge.
- Assist in community outreach initiatives that promote financial literacy and responsible borrowing.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience is required.
- Strong enthusiasm for field work and direct customer interaction.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for travel within the Sintang region.
- Residency in Sintang or surrounding areas, with willingness to be stationed at the BCA Finance Sintang branch.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport and negotiating effectively.
- Highly organized with strong time‑management abilities to balance multiple accounts and visits per day.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to think critically under pressure.
