Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Warehouse Administrator and Stock Management Specialist to join our growing operations team. This full‑time position plays a crucial role in ensuring that inventory levels are accurate, shipments are processed efficiently, and internal stakeholders receive the support they need to keep the supply chain flowing smoothly. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and will be expected to handle occasional overtime and business travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal stock levels by monitoring inventory balances and anticipating replenishment needs.
- Verify incoming goods against supplier packing lists, ensuring quantity and condition match documentation.
- Enter all receipt data into the warehouse management system (Accurate) and update Microsoft Excel tracking sheets.
- Process sales orders received from the sales administration team, preparing items for dispatch.
- Log and track internal service‑unit requisitions, ensuring maintenance teams have the parts they need on time.
- Coordinate outbound shipments, confirming that physical goods correspond with the official Surat Jalan (delivery note).
- Create and submit purchasing orders to approved suppliers, following company procurement policies.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and service departments to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and support annual physical inventory audits.
- Prepare routine reports on stock movements, variances, and key performance indicators for senior management.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements for better accuracy and speed.
Requirements
- Male candidate (as stipulated by the client’s hiring policy).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data validation).
- Hands‑on experience with the Accurate accounting and inventory software.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and management.
- High level of accuracy, honesty, and the capacity to perform under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes and work overtime when operational demands arise.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset toward problem‑solving.
