Introduction
We are a fast‑growing logistics and e‑commerce fulfillment center located in Hub Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan. Our warehouse team plays a critical role in ensuring that customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We are currently seeking diligent, male candidates who are ready to join our dynamic environment as Pickers and Packers. This entry‑level position offers a clear career path within the supply‑chain industry and provides hands‑on experience with modern warehouse management systems.
Responsibilities
Picker (Order Fulfillment)
- Monitor incoming new orders through the warehouse management system and prioritize them based on delivery schedules.
- Print inventory (INV) orders and verify that the printed documents match the system data.
- Locate, retrieve, and pull items from storage locations according to the INV order, ensuring the correct SKU, quantity, and condition.
- Perform cycle counts and report any discrepancies to the inventory control team.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking area, following safety and ergonomic guidelines.
Packer (Shipping Preparation)
- Scan each barcode on the order sheet to confirm that the correct items have been picked.
- Pack items securely using approved packaging materials, applying proper cushioning, sealing, and labeling according to company standards.
- Generate shipping documentation and attach it to the package, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Trigger the driver dispatch process by sending the order to the routing system or directly notifying the assigned driver.
- Load packed orders into the driver’s bag or cart, hand over the shipment, and record the hand‑off in the system.
- Participate in daily briefings to communicate any issues that may affect order accuracy or delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Basic computer literacy – comfortable using barcode scanners and warehouse management software.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work the scheduled shift of 08:00 – 17:00, with potential overtime during peak seasons.
