Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Office Administration Staff to join our growing team in Bukittinggi. This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and provides an excellent opportunity for individuals with a high school education (SMA/SMK) who are eager to develop their administrative expertise in a professional environment. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and packages.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute routine reports, invoices, and internal memos.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, ensuring all participants are informed.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as recording receipts, processing petty cash, and reconciling simple expense reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth information flow and timely task completion.
- Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and oversee the distribution of materials to staff.
- Support the HR function by maintaining employee attendance records and assisting with onboarding paperwork.
- Uphold the company’s standards for cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace.
- Adhere to the company’s religious and cultural expectations, including performing the five daily prayers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably in Administration or Accounting.

- Residency in Bukittinggi or willingness to relocate to the area.
- Strong personal values: honesty, trustworthiness, discipline, and a meticulous work ethic.
