- Collaborate with the accounting department to resolve discrepancies and support month‑end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing audit trails and provide required documentation for internal and external audits.
- Monitor payment deadlines and proactively communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to avoid delays.
- Support the implementation of process improvements, automation tools, and best practices in payment handling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and anti‑fraud measures.
- Provide administrative support for budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on financial software and industry standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the hiring criteria.
- New graduate status is acceptable; no prior work experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and payment processing workflows.
- Proficiency in database administration and familiarity with spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.

- Reliability to adhere to the set work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
