Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Therapist Spa Professional – Health & Relaxation to join our world‑class wellness team at a leading international hotel brand. Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized health and relaxation consultations, assessing client needs and recommending appropriate spa therapies.
- Perform a wide range of treatments—including massages, body wraps, hydrotherapy, and aromatherapy—using premium products and adhering to brand standards.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in accordance with hotel policies and local regulations.
- Utilize the Visual Hotel Program (VHP) system to schedule appointments, record client preferences, and generate service reports.
- Assist in pre‑opening activities such as equipment setup, staff training, and SOP development to ensure a seamless launch.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior therapists and support staff, fostering a collaborative and results‑driven work environment.
- Engage with guests in multiple languages, delivering clear explanations of treatment benefits and after‑care instructions.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for spa supplies, and ensure all products are stored correctly.
- Collaborate with the hotel’s wellness, hospitality, and marketing teams to design promotional packages and seasonal offers.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of emerging spa trends, techniques, and wellness research to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/D4 education in Hospitality, Health Sciences, or related field.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience as a spa therapist within an international hotel chain.
- Proficiency with the Visual Hotel Program (VHP) system is highly preferred.
- Previous pre‑opening experience in a luxury spa environment is an advantage.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of guiding teams to achieve performance targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00, while maintaining a guest‑centric attitude.
- Team‑player mindset combined with a results‑oriented approach.
- Professional certification in massage therapy, aromatherapy, or related spa disciplines is a plus.
