Responsibilities
- Actively promote and demonstrate ASUS laptops and related accessories to customers inside partner retail stores.
- Explain technical specifications, key features, and real‑world benefits in a language that is easy for non‑technical shoppers to understand.
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with customers, providing personalized recommendations and after‑sale support.
- Consistently achieve or exceed daily and weekly sales targets set by the regional sales team.
- Conduct live product demonstrations, hands‑on trials, and comparative analyses with competitor devices.
- Maintain an attractive, well‑stocked product display that reflects ASUS brand standards.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports, highlighting key metrics, customer feedback, and inventory status.
- Collaborate with store managers and other sales staff to coordinate promotional events, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns.
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions and soft‑skill workshops delivered by certified ASUS trainers.
- Adapt quickly to new product launches, updates, and changes in retail layout or merchandising guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or promotional work (experience in technology sales is a strong plus).
- Basic knowledge of laptops, PCs, and current technology trends.
- Excellent communication skills, confidence, and a customer‑oriented attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to work under target‑driven conditions and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to be assigned to partner stores in the Bogor area and work two‑shift schedules (typically 10:00 – 19:00).
