Responsibilities
- Actively promote and demonstrate our product lines to customers in-store, at pop‑up events, and during regional fashion showcases.
- Engage with shoppers to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by arranging displays, restocking merchandise, and ensuring product presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal launches.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to suggest improvements for sales strategies.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, track key performance indicators, and communicate results to supervisors.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Provide after‑sales support, handling inquiries, returns, and exchanges while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, fashion trends, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Height: Minimum 160 cm.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Basic understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling concepts.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and occasional overtime.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for helping customers.
- Sales development mindset – eager to meet and exceed targets.
- Prior retail or promotional experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
