Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels).
- Produce engaging copy, graphics, short‑form videos, and carousel posts that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor social listening tools to identify trending topics, competitor activity, and community sentiment, turning insights into timely content ideas.
- Manage day‑to‑day community interaction, responding to comments, messages, and user‑generated content in a friendly and brand‑consistent tone.
- Collaborate with the creative, product, and sales teams to ensure cross‑functional alignment on campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
- Set up and optimize paid social campaigns, working with the media buying team to achieve KPIs such as reach, engagement, click‑through rates, and conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics using platform analytics and third‑party tools, preparing weekly and monthly reports that highlight successes, challenges, and optimization recommendations.
- Lead A/B testing of creative assets and messaging to continuously improve engagement and ROI.
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes, new features, and industry best practices, sharing knowledge with the broader marketing team.
- Support crisis communication efforts by drafting rapid response posts and monitoring brand reputation.
Requirements
- Minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and basic graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Creative mindset with a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and shift work during promotional periods.
