Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily schedules for courier pick‑up and delivery activities, aligning resources with demand forecasts.
- Supervise the end‑to‑end shipment process, ensuring that pick‑up, sorting, and dispatch are executed on time and according to SOPs.
- Define and adjust delivery zones based on traffic patterns, customer locations, and service level agreements.
- Monitor inbound and outbound freight movements, coordinating closely with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers and on‑site couriers.
- Oversee the sorting and distribution workflow, guaranteeing accuracy in parcel routing and minimizing handling errors.
- Conduct regular shift handovers, documenting key performance metrics such as on‑time delivery rates, incident reports, and inventory discrepancies.
- Provide on‑site coaching and real‑time problem solving for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the warehouse manager to reconcile inventory records and resolve any discrepancies before goods leave the facility.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local transportation laws during all operational activities.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, bottlenecks, and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related operational role.
- Solid understanding of warehousing processes, shipment handling, and last‑mile delivery operations.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Batu Sopang, Batu Engau, Kabupaten Paser, Kalimantan Timur.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with couriers, 3PL partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated multitasking ability and aptitude for solving problems under pressure.
- Leadership qualities with a proven track record of managing small teams and driving performance.
