Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Barista Professional to join our dynamic team in delivering high‑quality coffee beverages to our valued customers. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee drinks, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, cold brew, and specialty beverages, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, following health and safety regulations at all times.
- Operate coffee‑making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices, performing routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
- Engage with customers, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on seasonal menus and individual preferences.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, reporting shortages to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours, and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new drink recipes, brewing techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Support promotional events, loyalty programs, and community outreach initiatives to drive foot traffic and brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Age: Maximum 30 years old.
- Gender: Female (preference) – however, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in a barista or related F&B role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact courteously with customers.
- Demonstrated teamwork, yet capable of working independently when required.
- Attributes such as honesty, discipline, attention to detail, agility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and occasional overtime.
- Residency preference: Candidates residing in Brebes or nearby areas are highly favored.
- Basic proficiency in barista-specific skills, including milk frothing, latte art, and coffee bean knowledge.
