Responsibilities

- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, conducting regular workstation checks and participating in internal audits.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and coordinate with the purchasing department to minimize waste while ensuring fresh, high‑quality supplies.
- Train junior kitchen staff on proper cooking methods, knife skills, and plating techniques, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with front‑of‑house personnel to ensure timely service and address any special dietary requests or menu modifications.
- Document daily production reports, track waste, and suggest process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Participate in regular team briefings, providing feedback on menu performance and contributing ideas for promotional events and themed nights.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: maximum 30 years old.
- At least 6 months of hands‑on experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
- Residence preferably in Bekasi or surrounding areas to ensure punctuality.
- Strong culinary fundamentals, including knowledge of cooking methods, flavor pairing, and plating aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills, friendly demeanor, and the ability to work harmoniously within a team.
- High level of attention to detail, responsibility, and reliability in meeting production schedules.
