Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new residential and small‑business customers for the Internet Rakyat Wi‑Fi product.
- Conduct on‑site product demonstrations, explaining technical features in clear, non‑technical language.
- Maintain a personal sales pipeline and achieve monthly activation targets of 100 – 300 active customers.
- Negotiate contract terms, process applications, and coordinate installations with the technical support team.
- Provide post‑sale assistance, resolve service inquiries, and nurture relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings and relay insights to the regional manager.
- Enter daily activities and weekly performance data into the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on product updates, pricing policies, and regulatory changes.
- Represent the company at community events and local fairs to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with D3 or S1 are preferred.
- Age: up to 35 years old.
- All genders are welcome.
- No prior sales experience required – fresh graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident and persuasive when speaking with customers.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone and basic digital literacy for CRM usage.
- Willingness to work in the field across Purworejo, including weekends (Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00 WIB).
- Valid KTP, driver’s license (SIM), and, if available, NPWP, latest diploma, and any relevant work reference letters.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the marketing and technical teams.
