Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver age‑appropriate English lessons for preschoolers (ages 3‑5) and teenagers (ages 13‑18), ensuring alignment with curriculum standards.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods—including games, songs, role‑play, and digital tools—to maintain high engagement and promote active participation.
- Assess student performance through informal observations, quizzes, and progress reports, providing constructive feedback to learners and parents.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that respects cultural diversity and encourages confidence in speaking English.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and curriculum designers to continuously improve lesson materials and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and lesson logs, adhering to the center’s administrative policies.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops and staff meetings to stay current with modern language‑acquisition methodologies.
Requirements
- Native English speaker with excellent pronunciation and command of the language.
- Minimum education: high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with children, teenagers, and their parents.
- Comfortable and confident teaching diverse age groups, especially preschoolers and adolescents.
- Ability to design and adapt lesson plans that cater to varying proficiency levels.

- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) during the stated business hours.
