- Greet every client with courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism, reflecting the high service standards expected in an airport setting.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists, reception staff, and airport personnel to ensure seamless client flow and timely appointments.
- Participate actively in ongoing training programs, workshops, and certification courses to deepen knowledge of massage modalities, stress‑reduction techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Observe and respond to clients’ physical cues, providing recommendations for self‑care and follow‑up sessions when appropriate.

- Basic numeracy for handling simple cash transactions and reporting daily client counts.
- Ability to work flexible hours, with a standard schedule of 08:00‑17:00; exact work days will be communicated later.
- All genders are welcome; a respectful and inclusive attitude toward diverse clientele is essential.
