Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our team in Ketanggungan, Central Java. This position is pivotal in expanding our market reach, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and acquiring new customers for our diversified product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail, enabling them to navigate both B2B and B2C environments effectively.
Responsibilities
- Proactively present and promote the company’s product line to existing customers and prospective leads across the assigned territory.
- Generate sales orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data capture and thorough verification of customer documentation.
- Prepare, review, and complete credit applications, coordinating with the finance department to expedite approvals.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status and any required actions.
- Communicate payment terms, due dates, and collection locations clearly to customers, minimizing payment delays and enhancing cash flow.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients to ensure product satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and after‑sales support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, provide performance reports, and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: maximum 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role; experience in the automotive or distribution sector is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C.
- Proficiency in B2C sales management, customer‑oriented selling techniques, and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to the company’s policies and regional placement requirements.
