Responsibilities
- Promote and market motor cash‑fund financing solutions to potential borrowers through phone calls, in‑person visits, and digital outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive credit surveys, verify applicant documentation, and assess eligibility in accordance with internal risk guidelines.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with third‑party partners such as agents, mediators, and brokers to expand the loan pipeline.
- Coordinate and attend regular meetings with agents to discuss product updates, promotional offers, and performance metrics.
- Enter loan applications accurately into the credit management system, ensuring all required fields are completed and supporting documents are attached.
- Monitor the progress of each application through underwriting, approval, and disbursement, providing timely updates to customers.
- Take ownership of booking targets, striving to achieve or exceed monthly quotas while maintaining high data quality and compliance standards.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, partner activity, and market feedback for senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may affect the credit product portfolio.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 45 years.

- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in administrative tasks and data entry.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities to build trust with customers and partners.
