We are seeking a dynamic Sales Promotor for Electronic Products to join our growing team in Malang. As a brand ambassador for Hartono, you will play a key part in driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our high‑quality electronic portfolio across the East Java market.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell a wide range of electronic products, including smartphones, tablets, accessories, automotive electronics, and leasing packages.
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, street outreach, and participation in local events or trade shows.
- Conduct product demonstrations, explain technical specifications, and highlight key benefits to influence purchase decisions.
- Maintain a daily activity log and update the CRM system with customer interactions, sales progress, and follow‑up tasks.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by implementing effective upselling and cross‑selling strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on promotional materials and suggest improvements based on market response.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales tactics and keep the product lineup competitive.
- Provide post‑sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling any warranty or service inquiries.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 35 years (preferred max 30 years).
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales of electronics, gadgets, automotive accessories, or leasing services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Honest, loyal, and highly motivated with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Proficiency with communication tools (mobile phones, messaging apps) and basic customer‑management software.
- Analytical ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Flexible schedule with the willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, and occasional weekend events as needed.
