Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new retail partners, wholesalers, and end‑users within the assigned territory.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects by conducting market research, attending local events, and leveraging social media channels.
- Present product demonstrations, negotiate pricing, and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide after‑sales support, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets and report results to the regional manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and gather feedback for product improvements.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate deliveries, and ensure accurate documentation of orders.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, sharing best practices and contributing to a positive work culture.
- Operate under pressure during peak periods, adapting quickly to changing market conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
