Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer chats on WhatsApp, Instagram, and marketplace messages, ensuring a fast response time.
  • Educate prospects about our rental services, guide them through product features, and assist in completing bookings.
  • Follow up on pending orders, track delivery status, and proactively address any issues that arise.
  • Handle complaints and escalations with empathy, seeking timely resolutions and documenting outcomes for continuous improvement.
  • Accurately input order details into the internal system, maintaining data integrity and up‑to‑date records.
  • Inspect rented equipment before dispatch and after return, reporting any damages or maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics, including scheduling deliveries and pickups.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to relay customer feedback and suggest service enhancements.
  • Participate in shift rotations, covering both daytime and evening schedules as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Female (single, not currently enrolled in university).
  • Strong written communication skills in Indonesian; ability to convey information clearly and patiently.
  • Excellent typing speed and attention to detail when entering data.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a high‑volume environment.
  • Fast response mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work shift schedules, with one day off per week (alternating Saturdays or Sundays).
  • Basic computer literacy, familiarity with chat platforms, and comfort using CRM tools.
