Introduction
SPX Express is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Hub Lead to oversee operations at our Air Hitam hub in Kabupaten Lampung Barat, Lampung. As a pivotal member of our logistics network, you will ensure that parcels move seamlessly from pickup to final delivery, safeguarding both timeliness and integrity of every shipment. Responsibilities
- Monitor end‑to‑end parcel flow, guaranteeing on‑time pickups, transit, and deliveries to customers.
- Coordinate daily activities with the Warehouse team, Line Haul operators, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to align schedules and resolve bottlene‑backs.
- Implement and enforce quality‑control procedures that minimize loss, damage, and mis‑routing of packages.
- Track and reconcile all hub transactions, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting for inbound and outbound movements.
- Supervise inbound receiving, sorting, and outbound dispatch processes, optimizing lane utilization and load planning.
- Coach, train, and develop hub staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., on‑time delivery, exception rates) and propose actionable improvements.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs, local regulations, and health‑and‑safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management.
- Lead emergency response efforts for incidents such as vehicle breakdowns, natural disruptions, or security breaches.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated experience in both Last Mile and First Mile operations.
- Strong understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on coaching, performance management, and staff development.
- Problem‑solving mindset, capable of making quick decisions under pressure.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Air Hitam, Lampung Barat, Lampung.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 09:30 – 18:30.
