PT Bahtera Pesat LintasBuana Mitra (PT SGN Area Kebumen) is expanding its sales force to bring affordable Wi‑Fi internet services (Inet Rakyat) to households and businesses in Pemalang, Central Java. Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned Pemalang territory through door‑to‑door visits, phone calls, and digital outreach.
- Present the Inet Rakyat package, explain features, pricing, and benefits, and tailor solutions to meet each client’s needs.
- Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales to achieve monthly activation targets (e.g., 100‑300 active customers per month).
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with the technical team to schedule installations and ensure a smooth handover to the customer.
- Provide post‑sale support, follow‑up on service quality, and encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the regional manager.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on product updates and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) – candidates with an associate or bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) are preferred.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with diverse customers.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Basic proficiency with Android smartphones and common digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to work in the field, traveling across Pemalang on a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00 WIB).
- Valid identification documents (KTP, SIM, NPWP if available) and, if possible, a recent CV and any certificates of experience.
