Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Petugas Penarikan Getek dan Pengelolaan Data to join our operations team. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of our inventory and financial records, ensuring that every transaction is captured, verified, and stored in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a professional appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect, retrieve, and validate “Getek” (receipts, vouchers, and transaction documents) from various store locations and field agents.
- Enter data into the centralized Management System, ensuring completeness, correctness, and adherence to naming conventions.
- Perform regular reconciliations between physical documents and digital records, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on data collection performance, highlighting trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with the Store Management Team, Finance Department, and IT Support to streamline data flow and address technical issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and follow data protection policies at all times.
- Assist in training new staff on document handling procedures, data entry standards, and system usage.
- Participate in periodic audits and support external auditors by providing requested documentation and explanations.
- Continuously propose enhancements to the data management workflow to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age; flexibility to accommodate fresh graduates or experienced professionals.

- Work Experience: No mandatory experience required, but prior exposure to data handling, retail operations, or administrative roles is highly preferred.

- Attitude: Positive, proactive, and customer‑focused mindset with a willingness to learn.

- Discipline & Responsibility: Punctual, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic computer operations and a store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) is advantageous.
- Availability: Ready to start immediately and work the schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
