We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Agent Sales Promotor – Business Development to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding our market reach by promoting our product portfolio to potential customers and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, visits, and networking events.
  • Present product features and benefits, tailoring the pitch to meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Assist customers with application forms, ensuring accurate and complete submissions.
  • Provide timely answers to inquiries, resolving concerns and building trust throughout the sales cycle.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly acquisition targets set by management.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in the company CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and compliance requirements at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 35 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, retail, or direct customer acquisition.
  • Strong business communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results‑driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Flexibility to work Tuesday through Sunday, from 09:00 to 17:00.
  • High level of professionalism, punctuality, and a customer‑first attitude.
