Introduction
Home Credit, a leading consumer finance company in Indonesia, is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our field team as Field Agents – Collections and Reconciliation (Kolektor Lapangan). The role is based in the Labuhambatu area (North, South, and surrounding neighborhoods) and focuses on maintaining healthy loan portfolios by engaging directly with customers, collecting overdue payments, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts.

Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled visits to Home Credit customers in accordance with company SOPs, ensuring timely and respectful communication.
- Inform customers of overdue installments, clarify payment terms, and negotiate feasible repayment plans.
- Assist customers in processing payments on‑site, guiding them through Home Credit’s payment procedures and handling any required documentation.
- Update customer records in the mobile CRM system after each visit, accurately logging payment status, promises to pay, and any objections.
- Perform daily reconciliation of collected amounts against outstanding balances, reporting discrepancies to the regional supervisor.
- Identify and flag high‑risk accounts for further action, providing insights that help the credit risk team refine collection strategies.
- Maintain the condition of company‑provided equipment, including a smartphone, fuel card, and any required paperwork.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share field observations, and contribute ideas for improving collection efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all educational levels (SMA/SMK, D3, S1, etc.).
- Age: No maximum age limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
- Gender: All genders are accepted.
- Experience: Minimum 0 years; however, prior experience in field collection or as a collector is highly valued.
- Geographic Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Labuhambatu Utara, Labuhambatu Selatan, and surrounding areas.
- Transportation: Must own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid, active SIM C driving license.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities; high level of integrity and customer‑centric attitude.
- Documentation (for experienced candidates): Provide a work reference letter, employment certificate (paklaring), or any other proof of prior collection experience for verification.
