Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a proactive Remedial Officer (Collection) to join its Jepara, Jawa Tengah branch. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and ensuring that collection activities are executed accurately and on schedule. This full‑time position offers a structured work week from Monday to Saturday, with regular office hours of 08:00‑16:00. Candidates must be male, no older than 30 years, and possess at least a diploma‑level education.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the end‑to‑end collection process for delinquent loans, ensuring all overdue payments are pursued in a timely manner.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, risk exposure, and recovery rates.
- Conduct telephone and on‑site negotiations with borrowers, applying persuasive communication techniques while respecting regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the credit underwriting team to verify borrower information, assess repayment capacity, and recommend appropriate remediation strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity for audit purposes.
- Identify early warning signals of potential default and propose proactive solutions, such as restructuring plans or settlement offers.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings to align collection targets with broader business objectives and to share best practices.
- Assist in training junior staff on negotiation tactics, legal procedures, and ethical collection standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor) in any field; recent graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in a collection, credit monitoring, or related financial role (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt collection procedures, and basic financial analysis.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
- Male candidates only, aged 30 years or younger, and willing to be placed at the Adira Finance office that matches their domicile.
