Responsibilities
As a Sales Promotor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in stores and field locations. Your core duties include, but are not limited to:
- Actively approaching shoppers and presenting the features and benefits of Indodana Paylater.
- Demonstrating the step‑by‑step process of applying for and using Paylater, ensuring customers feel confident and informed.
- Assisting customers in completing their first transaction using Paylater, from product selection to checkout.
- Maintaining up‑to‑date product knowledge and staying informed about promotional campaigns, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Tracking daily sales activity, documenting customer interactions, and feeding insights back to the sales manager.
- Collaborating with store staff to create attractive in‑store displays and point‑of‑sale materials that drive awareness.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Providing post‑sale support, answering follow‑up questions, and helping resolve any payment‑related issues.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications and possess the soft skills necessary to succeed in a customer‑focused sales environment.
- Age: 19 – 30 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of sales, retail, or direct‑customer service experience; experience with financial products is a plus.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Key Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, persuasive presentation skills, basic analytical capability to interpret sales data, and proficiency with typical sales tools (e.g., mobile POS, CRM apps).
- Personal Traits: Confident, self‑motivated, target‑oriented, adaptable to varying store environments, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Availability: Willingness to work on‑site at retail locations and field sites, including weekends.
Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, providing flexibility to engage with customers during peak shopping periods.
