Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator Administrasi to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role supports the daily operations of our office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and welcomes applicants of any gender who meet the minimum educational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound correspondence, including email, phone calls, and postal mail, ensuring timely distribution to relevant departments.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, guaranteeing that records are accurate, up‑to‑date, and easily retrievable.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, reserve conference rooms, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes for follow‑up actions.
  • Perform data entry and database management tasks, such as updating client information, processing invoices, and generating regular reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial documents, expense claims, and budgeting summaries under the supervision of the finance team.
  • Support human resources functions by maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, and facilitating onboarding paperwork.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, negotiate with vendors, and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
  • Provide front‑desk support, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional image.
  • Work under pressure during peak periods, prioritizing tasks to meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes, suggest improvements, and implement best practices in administrative operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 0 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also welcome.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with digital filing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability in handling confidential information.
