Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, convey special requests to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setting, clearing, and resetting tables promptly.
- Assist with food preparation and beverage service as needed, including refilling drinks, plating items, and supporting kitchen staff during peak periods.
- Handle cash, process electronic payments, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve minor concerns on the spot, and escalate more complex issues to the supervisor or manager.
- Collaborate closely with teammates, sharing tasks and covering breaks to ensure seamless service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper handling of food items and regular hand‑washing.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service protocols.
- Contribute to inventory checks, report any shortages, and assist with restocking supplies during off‑peak hours.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Female candidates up to 35 years old; all genders are welcome to apply.
- No prior experience required, but a genuine interest in food & beverage service is essential.
- Strong personal hygiene and a clean, presentable appearance.
- Demonstrated responsibility, reliability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 kg, and work in a fast‑moving environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
