Responsibilities
The Staff Housekeeping member will be responsible for a broad range of duties that ensure every guest room and public area reflects the luxury and hygiene standards of a five‑star establishment. Core responsibilities include:
- Performing thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and suites, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Replacing linens, towels, and amenities while adhering to the hotel’s inventory control procedures.
- Conducting routine inspections to verify that rooms meet the hotel’s quality‑control checklist before guest arrival.
- Responding promptly to guest requests for additional supplies, special accommodations, or housekeeping services.
- Maintaining cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, corridors, elevators, and meeting rooms.
- Reporting maintenance issues, broken fixtures, or safety hazards to the engineering department in a timely manner.
- Ensuring proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with the supervisory team to implement new cleaning protocols and sustainability initiatives.
- Participating in periodic deep‑cleaning projects, carpet shampooing, and window washing as scheduled.

Requirements

- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old (flexible based on experience and capability).
